Six in the City at the Twisted Kilt
Every night is ladies night at the Twisted Kilt Pub. The newest addition to Montego Bay’s Hip Strip is toasting the ladies with a nightly two for one martini special. “When the clock strikes six all ladies get their fix,” is the theme between 6:00 and 9:00 pm every evening. The popular offer is sponsored by Finlandia Vodka and appeals to the after-work crowd especially and those on vacation who want a head start on a night of partying. ‘Six in the city’ is aimed at girls on a night out, but the guys are welcome to join in the fun since the vibe in the pub is always easygoing. An eclectic music selection plays in the background, setting the tone for fun with good friends, great food and drinks in a fantastic location.

The Twisted Kilt opened last November, bringing the Irish pub vibe to the north coast of the island. Typically themed, the bar’s décor features rich dark woods and plush banquettes, a pool table and a dart board, making it easy to cozy up with friends for a pint or two. Located on the waterfront next door to the Doctor’s Cave Beach, the bar’s windows and open air terrace offer views of the Caribbean Sea. For sports enthusiasts, the pub’s large flat screen televisions carry all major sporting events on a daily basis.

Twisted Kilt serves up delicious fare and has many sure winners on its menu, including its chicken wings, signature certified Angus beef hamburgers like the Twisted Kilt, a tasty quarter pounder and the Killarney, topped with jack and Swiss cheeses and mushrooms. Of course, the classic pub favorite, fish and chips is very popular with patrons. Owner Andre Dixon describes the Twisted Kilt as “a great place for laming or having a hearty meal with loved ones and friends.” While you are in the second city, come down to the pub and start your night-out on the right note.

The Twisted Kilt is open daily 11:00 am – 2:00 am. Tel: 952-9488 Fax 952-700
